Grow Your Real Estate Career With Nova Estates

Nova Estates is looking for driven real estate sales agents who want to build a stronger business across LA County, Ventura County, Orange County, and the Temecula Valley.

Led by George Kpachavi, Nova Estates is a fast-growing real estate team with 60–70 agents and multiple office locations throughout Southern California.

This opportunity is for agents who want a serious operating platform, not just a place to hang their license.

What Nova Estates Provides:

Nova Estates gives agents access to the infrastructure needed to grow, including:

  1. Zillow Preferred opportunities
  2. Realtor.com opportunities
  3. Veterans United opportunities
  4. High-volume seller lead opportunities

  14. Virtual assistant support

The team is built to help agents improve faster, stay accountable, and create more real estate conversations.

Training:

New agents receive onboarding and training designed to help them become productive quickly.

Training includes lead conversion, role play, Zillow Boot Camp, listing appointment preparation, follow-up structure, and weekly sessions with team leadership.

Agents who want to improve their skills, build confidence, and learn how to convert more opportunities will fit well here.

Markets:

Nova Estates serves a wide Southern California footprint, including:

  1. San Fernando
  2. Whittier
  3. Palmdale
  4. Sherman Oaks
  5. LA County
  6. Ventura County
  7. Orange County
  8. Temecula Valley

The team currently has offices in San Fernando, Palmdale, Sherman Oaks, and Whittier, with Lake Elsinore opening soon.

Who This Is For:

This role is a fit for agents who:

  1. Want structure, coaching, and accountability
  2. Are willing to prospect and follow up consistently
  3. Want access to real lead opportunities
  4. Are serious about improving their sales skills
  5. Want to work buyers and sellers
  6. Are comfortable being part of a performance-driven team
  7. Want to grow inside a larger real estate organization

This is not for agents looking for a passive brokerage relationship. Nova Estates is looking for agents who want to work, train, and produce.

Why Join Nova Estates:

Real estate rewards agents who can create conversations, convert opportunities, and stay consistent.

Nova Estates gives you the lead sources, training, staff, systems, and leadership to do that at a higher level.
