What We Provide:

Requirements:

  1. ACTIVE UTAH REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED. (OR if you are currently in school)

  3. Availability: Real estate happens on weekends and evenings. You must be available to show homes when buyers are looking.
  4. Tech Savvy: Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline in our CRM and respond to leads instantly.


Responsibilities:

  1. Answer live tour requests immediately and convert them into appointments.
  2. Conduct property market analysis and advise clients on offer strategies.
  3. Draft and negotiate purchase agreements.
  4. Guide clients from contract to close with the support of our TC team.


Compensation:

  1. $75,000 - $200,000+ (Commission Based)
  2. Competitive splits with zero franchise fees.
