This role is uniquely designed for a remote setting, enabling you to conduct sessions from the comfort of your chosen environment while still actively engaging with clients through telehealth platforms. You will have flexibility in your schedule, with opportunities to offer evening and weekend sessions to accommodate the diverse needs of our community.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify and understand clients' mental health concerns and personal strengths.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based treatment modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that include clear goals and interventions, working closely with clients to monitor progress.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic client care.
• Facilitate crisis interventions when necessary, performing risk assessments and creating safety plans to address acute mental health needs.
• Document client interactions and treatment progress in a meticulous manner, adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.
• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes, enhancing the therapeutic experience and building community among clients.

Your primary focus will be on diverse clients from varying backgrounds, each with unique experiences and challenges. • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong foundational knowledge of key evidence-based therapeutic interventions and techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting, especially in roles focusing on family and relationship counseling.
• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as solution-focused therapy or trauma-informed care.
• Proven track record in creating and reviewing treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
