Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify and understand clients' mental health concerns and personal strengths.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based treatment modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans that include clear goals and interventions, working closely with clients to monitor progress.
  • Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic client care.
  • Facilitate crisis interventions when necessary, performing risk assessments and creating safety plans to address acute mental health needs.

Qualifications
