Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments and comprehensive evaluations to establish personalized treatment plans for each client.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Engage in collaborative case management with multidisciplinary teams, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure holistic and integrated care.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal regulations, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems for streamlined record-keeping.
  • Participate in continuous professional development by staying informed about advancements in the field, attending workshops, and integrating new research into practice.

Qualifications
