Zenith Mental Health is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) to join our innovative telehealth team. This position is fully remote, allowing you the freedom to conduct therapy sessions from your home or any location of your choice. Our telehealth platform is user-friendly and designed to facilitate seamless interactions between counselors and their clients. You will be working with a flexible schedule, supporting outpatient clientele primarily through video consultations, which provides an excellent work-life balance.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and comprehensive evaluations to establish personalized treatment plans for each client.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Engage in collaborative case management with multidisciplinary teams, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure holistic and integrated care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal regulations, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems for streamlined record-keeping.
• Participate in continuous professional development by staying informed about advancements in the field, attending workshops, and integrating new research into practice.

You will be working with a diverse array of clients, ranging from individuals facing anxiety and depression to couples and families navigating relational challenges. The flexibility of telehealth allows you to reach underserved populations who may have limited access to traditional in-person therapy, thus broadening your impact. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling services, ideally within a clinical setting.
• Strong foundation in ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge therapeutic alliances with clients from various backgrounds.
• Proficient in using EMR systems and other relevant software for clinical documentation and communication.

• Specialization in trauma, substance abuse, family therapy, or relationship counseling is highly desirable.
• Proven capacity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to comprehensive client care.
• Experience in a telehealth setting, understanding the nuances and best practices of remote counseling.

• Competitive salary range of $80,000–100,000 annually based on caseload and experience.
