• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of students and develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate best practices and solution-focused approaches, utilizing advanced telehealth technologies.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting these techniques to fit the remote environment and address the specific challenges faced by each client.
• Maintain precise clinical records using secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality.

Your work will primarily involve supporting students and their families dealing with emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. You will address a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and more. Your expertise and guidance will play a critical role in fostering resilience and promoting positive mental health outcomes in the school setting.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license for the state of Virginia is mandatory.
• At least two years of clinical experience, ideally in delivering psychotherapy services in educational or community-based settings.
• Demonstrable expertise in solution-focused intervention techniques and the ability to adapt these practices to a remote setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trusting relationships with clients through virtual platforms.
• Proficient problem-solving abilities, particularly suited to overcoming challenges specific to remote service delivery.

• Experience in a school-based mental health setting or working with children and adolescents is highly desirable.

• This position offers a competitive salary in the range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise.
