Inner Zenith Wellness is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our innovative team in a full-time remote capacity. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' emotional and mental health needs.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions directed by established evidence-based practices.
• Implement specialized methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy to address specific client challenges.
• Formulate and execute individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, detailing measurable goals and preferred interventions.
• Engage closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and psychologists to coordinate integrated care.
• Offer crisis intervention and collaborate on risk assessments and safety planning as necessary to ensure client safety.
• Oversee group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to broaden therapeutic engagement and support.
• Maintain precise, timely, and ethical documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in your respective state.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, with the ability to connect with clients from all walks of life.

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic interventions.
• Experience in group therapy facilitation and conducting psychoeducational workshops.
• Familiarity with documentation standards and electronic health record systems.
