Job description

We are excited to announce an internal opportunity for the position of Supervisor. This role is ideal for a familia member who demonstrates strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering exceptional amigo experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists in daily operations to ensure smooth service and amigo satisfaction.

  • Supervises and supports front-of-house/back-of-house familia members.

  • Supports the Patron with the coordination of shift schedules and delegates tasks effectively.

  • Handles familia and amigo concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.

  • Ensures adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards
