I began as an agent in Nebraska and now lead a dedicated team in the Twin Cities, serving Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Nebraska. We offer comprehensive insurance products, including Auto, Homeowners, Life, Renters, and specialized coverage for cabins, boats, ATVs, and more. Our agency is expanding, with plans to open a second location in 2025.

COMPENSATION:
  • 60-100k+ per year, based on performance.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Financial Services Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Zach Augustyn - State Farm Agent,  you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options. Your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide clients with financial planning and investment advice.
  • Assist clients with portfolio management and asset allocation.
  • Conduct financial reviews and recommend appropriate products.
  • Maintain compliance with financial regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services preferred.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Life/Health license (required).
  • Series 6, 63, 65 or 7 (required).
