Job description

The Sr Project Coordinator - Parenting & Youth position exists to support the tactical implementation of Parenting and Youth programs and resources. Requires general supervision and refers questionable matters to the Program Manager and Director.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates the process for all Parenting and Youth contracts, including setup, organizing, filing, and initial clean-up for Clubhouse, Clubhouse Jr., PluggedIn, and the Content Producer teams

  • Supports the Digital Content Manager in developing, managing, and publishing a Content Calendar. In addition, works as the liaison for communicating the content plan with Broadcasting, Marriage, and Advocacy

  • Attends external content meetings to free up the Content Producers time

  • Assists in managing content production for projects via the use of tracking tools (Teams /FAM/Aprimo, Cultivation)

  • Assists the Program Manager with monitoring and maintaining metrics, content analytics, and scorecards that provide an accurate picture of P and Y department activities and content

  • Works with the Administrative Assistant in facilitating and coordinating internal team celebration events (i.e., birthdays, work anniversaries, retirement parties)

  • Works with the PluggedIn team in scheduling for the writers/editors and outside talent

  • Assists Live It Project Manager in monthly tasks

  • Assists Clubhouse and Clubhouse Jr. teams as needed

  • Assists RezilientKidz team as needed

Other Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Travels, as needed, to conferences, representing Focus and its products
  • Coordinates, maintains, and updates departmental schedules and processes for the team as directed by Director

  • Assists director by interfacing with the Business Services Group, as needed, for budget, contract, purchasing, and staffing support
  • Assists with development and management of Parenting external partnerships/talent

  • Coordinates with the Marketing team when needed for increased attention/hours

Working Environment/Physical Requirements:
  • Office environment: periodic domestic travel may be necessary

  • This role may require occasional travel including nights and weekends

Salary Range: $21.37 to $25.12
