The  Yield Management Specialist is responsible for the performance of various tasks within the property management system.  Must read and follow all policies and procedures provided.  Perform other tasks as assigned.  Employees must be available to work a flexible schedule.

Under general supervision, the Specialist completes their required work accurately and timely, as well as audits the work of others. Specialists utilize various systems, including Clarity, Voice, SalesForce and other systems for daily work. The Specialist supports, and works with, other departments such as: Sale Sites, various Club departments, Field Inventory, YM Call centers, as well as other internal and external contacts. Receive and service all reservation entry in a timely manner and in accordance with department policy and procedure or standard operating procedures. Process reservations as well as updating available inventory in Clarity and Voice. Update spreadsheets and systems, including accurately making inventory available for booking in Clarity and Voice. Keep supervisor and/or manager updated of relevant issues. Generate and record statistics. It is of the utmost importance that all bookings of reservations are completed accurately, timely and according to departmental, company and standards. 


 

 Attain related departmental objectives by maintaining ownership of assigned work and special projects in a timely and accurate manner. This includes facilitating updates and changes to programs and resources under the direction of the Supervisor and Manager. Cross-train with other team-members within the division and the department: coordinator and specialist responsibilities.
