We are a rapidly growing trade show exhibit company based in Las Vegas, specializing in the design, fabrication, logistics, and installation of custom exhibits and experiential environments. We're looking for an organized, proactive, and client-focused Project Manager to oversee projects from concept through installation while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple trade show exhibit projects simultaneously from award through completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with sales, design, estimating, production, graphics, logistics, and installation teams.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
  • Coordinate shipping, labor, installation, dismantle, and show services.
  • Review drawings, production schedules, and client approvals for accuracy.
  • Prepare project documentation, work orders, and installation packages.
  • Manage change orders and communicate scope changes to clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in trade shows, exhibits, events, experiential marketing, or custom fabrication.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating logistics, vendors, and installation teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Knowledge of exhibit fabrication, graphics, or trade show operations is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required with relevant experience.
