What You’ll Do

The Yardi Specialist oversees the effective use and optimization of Yardi software across the organization. This role maintains data integrity, supports users, manages system updates, improves workflows, and provides training and reporting support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and reliable Yardi data and conduct regular audits.
  • Provide day-to-day user support and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Train new and existing employees on Yardi functionality.
  • Manage system updates, enhancements, and customizations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency.
  • Create and analyze reports to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with IT on system performance, security, and updates.
  • Develop and maintain user guides and process documentation.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of Yardi experience in the multifamily industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Yardi Voyager, including Residential Management, Accounting, and RentCafe.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical information to non-technical users.
