Candidate must be a hardworking energetic individual with the ability to work in a team oriented environment. Must be detail-oriented, accurate and able to handle a high volume of financial transactions while managing a group of people with different personalities, strengths and weaknesses. Must have a basic understanding of accounting concepts.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Microsoft.
  • Working knowledge of MRI accounting software is a plus.
  • Experience in real estate/property management company preferred
  • Co-op/Condo/Property Management Experience
