Job Description:

A well-known Private Equity firm with approximately $30 billion aum is seeking an Accounting Business Analyst to join their team! This individual will be responsible for putting together all the business requirements, update management on the progression of projects, and support the system testing. This is a great opportunity to gain experience with one of the largest real estate investment managers in the Americas!
Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform product testing and create queries/reports to support data analysis
  • Define project scope, track/resolve issues, and update status reports
  • Create data definition and mapping as well as report specifications
  • Work on large implementation projects with various phases to upgrade the MRI/Accounting system and implement an Accounting module
  • Analyze business requirements into functional requirement specifications
  • Enhance 15+ integrations with internal and external systems
  • Maintain a strong rapport with business users and manage expectations of clients
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in the implementation of financial and accounting software
  • At least 3+ years of relevant, professional experience
  • Experience in writing functional requirements and training documentation
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented individuals
  • Strong excel skills and strong understanding of Accounting concepts
  • Ability to actively listen and communicate effectively

Compensation:

  • $90,000 - $125,000
