Under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant General Manager and/or Yard Manager, the Yard Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day to day tasks of the facility yard operations. The yard manager will have the responsibility to offer support to the yard staff in an effort to facilitate an exceptional Copart customer service experience.
  • Complete Daily/Weekly/Monthly Audits
  • Daily Scheduling with Employee Time and Attendance
  • Assist is security/loss prevention
  • Monitor Productivity
  • Monitor and maintain clean work environment
  • Enforce safety awareness
  • Oversee loading of vehicles
  • Handle Employee/Customer Service Issues
  • Maintain supply inventory and purchase supplies
  • Enforce company policy and procedure
  • Ability to complete all job tasks for positions supervised
  • Travel as needed
  • Maintain confidential information/documentation
  • Ability to work on mechanical issues present on lots

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 1 plus years of supervisory or equivalent experience
