Veteran Yacht Sales is expanding in Newport and is seeking an experienced Managing Yacht Broker to lead and grow our presence in one of the nation's premier yachting markets.

Based in historic Newport, this is an opportunity to build and lead a high-performing brokerage office while representing a growing national brand. The role combines leadership, relationship-driven sales, recruiting, client advisory, and business development throughout Rhode Island and Southern New England.

This year, Veteran Yacht Sales is bringing more than $2 million in new boat inventory to Newport for the Newport International Boat Show, creating outstanding opportunities to engage clients, generate sales, and expand our market presence.

  • Lead and grow the Newport brokerage office.

  • Represent Veteran Yacht Sales at boat shows and key industry events.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience while maintaining the highest professional standards.

Ideal candidates have leadership and business development experience in yacht brokerage, luxury sales, marine trades, real estate, financial services, or other relationship-driven industries.

Yacht brokerage experience is strongly preferred. Professionalism, initiative, and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships are essential.
