About the Role:

The Sales Manager at the Tom George Yacht Group location will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction within the regional market. This position is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. The Sales Manager will lead a team of sales professionals, providing training and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and deliver exceptional service. Additionally, this role involves analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the business. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who can inspire their team and foster a culture of high performance and accountability.

Minimum Qualifications:
