Actualmente tenemos un puesto vacante para un/a Business Analyst con experiencia en el sector Bancario que quiera desarrollar su carrera en GFT. Buscamos una persona entusiasta y dinamica dispuesta a empezar y crecer en un entorno multicultural, retador y motivante.

Tus principales responsabilidades seran:

  • Toma de requerimientos con usuarios internos y areas implicadas.
  • Analisis funcional y elaboracion de documentacion para equipos de desarrollo.
  • Definicion y seguimiento de requisitos funcionales relacionados con iniciativas regulatorias y de sostenibilidad.
  • Coordinacion y seguimiento de desarrollos tecnicos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos definidos.
  • Coordinacion y ejecucion de pruebas de usuario (UAT).
  • Interlocucion continua con negocio y equipos tecnologicos para garantizar la correcta evolucion de las soluciones.
  • Redaccion de guias de usuario y manuales funcionales.
  • Seguimiento de proyectos, identificando riesgos, dependencias y asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y entregables.

Requisitos deseados:

  • Formacion universitaria en ADE, Ingenieria, Informatica, Matematicas o similar.
  • Experiencia previa como Business Analyst en proyectos del sector bancario.
  • Conocimiento de sostenibilidad y criterios ASG (ESG) aplicados al sector financiero.
  • Conocimiento de normativa de Taxonomia Europea y finanzas sostenibles.
  • Experiencia en proyectos regulatorios dentro del sector financiero.
  • Manejo de herramientas de gestion de proyectos (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, etc.).
  • Valorable experiencia en metodologias agiles (Scrum, Kanban).

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicacion y trabajo en equipo.
  • Proactividad y autonomia en la gestion de tareas.
