Job Summary:
The Sr. Sales Commission Analyst will work with Sales Management, Sales Operations, and Finance in order to ensure that the Supermicro incentive commission plans are implemented correctly and commissions are paid accurately. The primary responsibility is the calculation of monthly incentive commissions for all sales employees focusing on accuracy, completeness and consistency as defined in the commission plans. The ideal candidate is analytical, deadline driven, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Reconciliation of commission discrepancies and data anomalies
  • Distribution of commission related reports to management and sales personnel
  • Assistance with month-end dose financial reporting and analysis
  • Assistance with internal process improvement initiatives
  • General report on sales and business Operations statistics
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis

Qualifications:
  • Education Required: Bachelors, preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience Required: 8+ Years in Finance/Accounting role
  • Experience in automated sales commissions systems and their set-up and operation is a plus (e.g. Xactly, SAP SuccessFactors etc.).
  • Proficient in advanced level of competence with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software
  • Ability to organize and summarize large volumes of detailed information
  • Ability to work under pressure

Salary Range
$134,000 - $143,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
