Wurth Baer Supply Company is seeking an Outside Sales Territory Manager to cover the Western Kentucky region.
Direct Hire. No Agencies. No Third Parties. No Contracts.
As a sales representative, you will work independently and decide how to best grow your market. You will look for top solutions for both the company and our customers and deliver quality service and reliability to your customers. Your responsibilities include handling current customer accounts, growing sales and growing your accounts overall. Treat your territory as if it is your own business, use your follow up skills and help us become the company of choice for our customers.
Geographical Familiarity: Because the territory is in and around the Western Kentucky region, someone who is familiar with this geography will have an advantage. With hundreds of established accounts already in the book of business and with the expected major growth, success is highly attainable.

Established Customer Base: You will inherit hundreds of active customers worth millions, so you won't have to start from scratch by any means. Compensation Structure: Base (Target Salary) + Quarterly Commission Bonuses (Performance Based). You will have the opportunity to discuss compensation potential in further detail with management during the interview process.
Automotive Allowance: $600/month (tax free) + $0.18/mile fuel reimbursement using a mobile device application called "MOTUS."
