Job description

Duties as a Case Manager. Must be approved by APD/ AHCA and the State of Florida.

This is a vacancy that takes 3 or 4 months to be approved by State of Florida.  Responsibilities include Cost Plan management (Working with IConnect)., Creating Support Plans in IConnect , creating notes on IConnect, Visits to consumers and phone calls to consumers and providers to monitor Health and Services. Salary by Cases on a contract basis to be discussed. You need to have a Provider number approve by AHCA to be able to work as a WSC. Background check require from FBI Level 2. We will give a hiring bonus when you are approved or about to be approve.
