Pedcor Homes Corporation is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Representative to join our team at The Wren. If you enjoy building relationships, providing exceptional service, and helping people find a place they'll love to call home, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

What You'll Do
  • Tour prospective residents and showcase apartment homes and community amenities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
  • Assist with lease agreements, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
  • Maintain strong resident relationships and contribute to resident retention efforts
  • Follow Fair Housing guidelines and company policies
  • Support community marketing and leasing goals
  • Participate in weekend leasing activities as needed
What We're Looking For
  • At least 1 year of leasing, sales, customer service, or related experience
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and practices
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional, organized, and self-motivated mindset
  • Weekend availability required
  • Property management experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
