This role is performed remotely, allowing for flexibility while maintaining essential communication with school personnel, students, and families. You will utilize various digital platforms to conduct therapy sessions, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate client documentation. • Plan, develop, and implement individualized support packages for students, assessing their unique situations and adapting approaches as necessary.
• Conduct in-depth interviews with students and families to evaluate their emotional, social, and behavioral needs.
• Create measurable, personalized goals for each case, focusing on sustainable progress and resilience building.
• Monitor and assess client progress through regular check-ins, implementing modifications to treatment plans based on evolving needs.
• Provide comprehensive counseling and therapeutic guidance during sessions, equipping clients with practical tools to navigate their challenges.
• Document all interactions and maintain up-to-date client records to ensure continuity of care and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Participate in case conferences, offering valuable insights and collaborating with educational professionals to provide wraparound support for students.
• Act as a primary caseworker, building strong relationships with families and connecting them with community resources to facilitate recovery.

This position specifically targets a diverse population of children and adolescents facing various emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. You will work closely with students from different backgrounds, including those with learning disabilities, trauma histories, and social-emotional issues. Your role is vital in helping these young individuals cultivate resilience and develop skills that will impact their academic and personal lives positively.

• Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW).
• A valid license as a Clinical Social Worker is required to practice in Colorado.
• Demonstrated experience in social work, particularly within therapeutic settings.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy, social perceptiveness, and the ability to build strong professional relationships.
• Proficient understanding of social theories and therapeutic practices relevant to child and adolescent mental health.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations, including students, parents, and school staff.
• Willingness to undergo a background check, ensuring the safety of our vulnerable client base.

• Previous experience in school-based social work or with child and adolescent populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with community resources, special education processes, and interdisciplinary collaboration within an educational framework.
• Experience in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care approaches.
