Job description

This is more than just a job — it’s an opportunity to be part of a team that values and respects you, not just what you produce.

If you have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and you’re ready to help customers while growing with a great shop, we’d love to hear from you.

We do things differently here — our processes are designed to eliminate chaos and create a smooth, positive environment for both customers and staff. If you’re open to learning proven systems and thrive in a team setting, you’ll fit right in.

Your main responsibility is to professionally present and sell the repairs and services recommended by our technicians. You’ll help customers understand that the money they spend on their vehicle is a smart investment — not just an expense. You’ll deliver AMAZING customer service and make every customer feel comfortable and confident in their decisions.

You’ll also handle phone calls, emails, scheduling, invoicing, and general administrative tasks while working closely with our technicians and team.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Prior experience as a Service Advisor in an independent auto repair shop (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of sales experience (or proven ability to sell)
  • A professional appearance, extremely positive attitude, and strong work ethic
  • Honest, motivated, and genuinely great with people
  • Ability to build relationships with both customers and technicians
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the team
  • Strong organizational skills — you can stay focused even with constant distractions and interruptions
  • Solid computer skills (Windows, email, typing 30+ WPM, basic office software)
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Basic math skills and ability to drive customer vehicles

Bonus: If you’re tired of feeling disrespected, undervalued, or treated like just another number at your current job — we want to talk to you.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive pay — 80,000-150,000+ If you’re the right person, you will be compensated very well
  • Monday through Friday schedule (We are closed on weekends!)
  • Company-paid training
  • Technician diagnostics you can actually stand behind and feel confident selling
  • Health insurance
  • 401(k) with matching
  • Paid time off
  • Employee discount
  • Retirement plan
  • A supportive team that genuinely wants to see you succeed

Apply now with your resume and a short note telling us why you’d be a great fit.
