TL Worldwide Transportation, a leader in the passenger transportation industry in Northeast Ohio, is seeking detail-oriented Dispatch Support for our shift. This role is crucial to our commitment to superior customer service and operational excellence. The successful candidate will manage inbound communication, coordinate our driving staff's movements, and ensure timely service for passengers. This role requires strong logistics, mapping abilities, and multitasking skills. Prior customer service experience and/or dispatch experience is preferred, but we are willing to train. Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound communication, including telephone calls and emails, ensuring effective and professional interaction with our customers.
  • Accurately record and process customer requests, demonstrating attention to detail.
  • Efficiently transfer requested information into multiple programs, showcasing your ability to multitask.
  • Contribute positively to a team setting, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns using your problem-solving skills, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee and coordinate the movements of our driving staff, ensuring timely and efficient service for all passengers.
