Digital Marketing Manager

World Help is a Christian humanitarian organization serving the physical and spiritual needs of people in impoverished communities around the world. We are searching for a devout follower of Christ whose worldview correlates with the company's mission and values.

The Digital Marketing Manager serves as a creator and overseer of World Help's digital presence by developing and managing engaging digital content across website, email, social media, video, audio/podcast, and other digital platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring content is compelling, brand-consistent, audience-focused, and aligned with fundraising and ministry objectives while increasing engagement and enhancing the donor experience. Together, these responsibilities allow the Digital Marketing Manager to deliver a best-in-class digital experience, captivate audiences through strategic content and digital initiatives, strengthen brand awareness, and support the growth of World Help's ministry impact.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Create and oversee engaging digital content through video, email, website, and other digital media.
  • Oversee website user experience & ensure page optimization for desktop/mobile environments.
  • Optimize donation path and friction-free giving.
  • Utilize innovation when crafting website landing pages, testing often for maximum conversions.
  • Ensure all digital assets and campaigns align with broader organizational goals including blogs, videos, social media, digital storytelling, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure layouts and visuals for donor reporting through HubSpot are exceptional.
  • Understand HubSpot and maximize the tools it offers within its platform.
  • Evaluate digital content results and adjust strategic plans for improved results.
  • Leverage World Help's extensive raw video library by repurposing and optimizing content for digital campaigns, social media, web and YouTube growth.
  • Manage SEO and Google Ads strategy to increase online visibility, web traffic and conversions while ensuring campaigns align with World Help's goals and messaging.
  • Stay current on trends and best practices related to digital fundraising.
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies when appropriate to improve efficiency, enhance digital marketing performance, streamline workflows and support innovate strategies.
  • Any additional duties needed to drive World Help's mission, vision, and organizational values.

  • Supervise and support digital team operations through strategic leadership, staff development, project accountability, performance oversight, and administrative management.

25% - Website

  • Collaborate with the team to create and oversee the strategy, content and ongoing optimization of World Help's website to ensure seamless user experience, strong brand representation and effective conversions of visitors into engaged supporters.

25% - Digital Marketing & Growth

  • Create and manage digital marketing initiatives designed to grow online audiences, increase brand visibility, and attract new donors through strategic campaigns across email, search, social media, and digital advertising.

  • Champion innovation and emerging technologies by identifying, testing, and implementing new digital tools, AI solutions, and processes that improve efficiency, enhance engagement, and strengthen marketing effectiveness.
