We are seeking an Office Clerk to become an integral part of our team! You will compile data, compute charges, and verify invoices.

Responsibilities:

  • Match physical checks against invoices, investigate discrepancies
  • Track and verify customer signatures on invoices, investigate discrepancies
  • Match invoices against QuickBooks, investigate discrepancies
  • Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
  • Perform all other office tasks
