Job Summary:
ICONMA is an IT Services and Consultant company seeking a Project Manager – Procurement & SAP Ariba Integration for their Raleigh, NC location. The role involves leading the delivery of integration initiatives, managing stakeholders, and ensuring project execution aligns with business requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Procurement and SAP Ariba integration initiatives within the G&A ORO program
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders across business, IT, procurement, finance, and external vendors
• Drive program execution, including planning, tracking, risk management, and reporting
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP and Ariba platforms, aligning with business and technical requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement discussions, and decision-making forums
• Monitor project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time and high-quality execution
• Provide clear, concise updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and bottlenecks proactively
• Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and enterprise standards
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in Project/Program Management
• Strong experience in Procurement domain and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes
• Hands-on experience with SAP (ECC/S4) and SAP Ariba integration projects
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Experience working in enterprise transformation programs
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Ability to operate effectively in an onsite, client-facing role
Preferred:
• Experience within Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry (strongly preferred for Client engagement)
