Job Description

To support Audemars Piguet's commitment to excellence and deliver a best-in-class customer experience, the Workshop Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the workshop. This position supports daily activities through the coordination of inventory, parts management, deliveries, and workflow assignments.

The Workshop Assistant contributes to achieving operational objectives related to turnaround times, repair quality, productivity, and cost efficiency while fostering a safe, organized, and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily workshop operations by preparing work areas and ensuring materials and supplies are available.
  • Transport jobs, materials and supplies between departments and designated locations. Maintain a clean, safe and organized workshop, including management of parts, containers, recycling and paper shredding.
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming packages and deliveries for the workshop.
  • Complete office supply runs and supports administrative tasks, including documentation and work assignments processing.
  • Respond to operational requests to support the day-to-day needs of the CS Technical Team.
  • Monitor inventory levels for workshop supplies, office materials, parts and consumables. Stock, organize and replenish inventory to ensure materials are readily available.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assists with ordering and restocking activities.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of work environment (Spirale, projects, etc.); Guarantee application of Group's Best Practices. 
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a workshop, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, inventory control, or operational support environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with inventory or ERP systems preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong team-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Reliable, proactive, and customer-service oriented.
