As a Business Analytics Consultant within PNC's Enterprise Risk Management organization, within Risk Operations and Quantitative Strategy, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA / Charlotte, NC / Cleveland, OH / Raleigh, NC / Houston, TX or Denver, CO.
Coordinate and manage data, system, and configuration change requests, partnering with business stakeholders to ensure requests are properly assessed, prioritized, documented, and executed in accordance with established governance processes.
Maintain and enhance enterprise data assets through data administration activities, including data creation, modification, deactivation, validation, and bulk data processing, while ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency.
Conduct impact assessments and risk evaluations for proposed changes, identifying downstream implications, facilitating stakeholder alignment, and supporting successful implementation and adoption.
Support platform operations and continuous improvement initiatives through testing, validation, reporting, issue resolution, change management activities, and participation in Agile delivery processes.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Tableau, and advanced Microsoft Excel is preferred.   • Leverages analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and applications for a business function or business unit to create data driven solutions.
  • Recommending appropriate performance measures to be produced including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical metrics.
  • Analyzing and processing data, building and maintaining models and report templates, and developing dynamic, data-driven solutions.
  • Providing business clients with detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from, data processing, and data analysis.
  • Consulting on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitating implementation of new tools and data marts.
