As our Workplace Specialist in Westminster, CO, you will drive smooth daily office operations, partner with key third-party vendors, manage agile space tracking, and optimize modern workplace technology to ensure our internal teams thrive every single day.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact directing vendor operations and conducting daily space audits to maintain world-class facilities standards.
  • Manage desk allocations, seating charts, and move-add-change logistics while maintaining modern workplace desk-booking systems.
  • Administer the facilities Jira service desk system, configuring queues, automated routing rules, and issue types to optimize operational workflows.
  • Partner with IT to ensure basic conference room technology setup and digital room-booking software function flawlessly.
  • Spearhead logistics, configurations, and general operations support for high-profile internal company events, all-hands meetings, and large team offsites.

Essential Skills & Experience:
  • 2+ years of administrative support, office administration, or workplace coordination experience in a corporate or tech environment.
  • Proven skill in tracking purchase orders, reconciling vendor invoices, logging receipts, and maintaining asset inventory records.
  • High proficiency using Google Workspace, ticketing tools such as Jira or ServiceNow, and digital workplace management software.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach to supporting internal staff and greeting on-site vendor personnel.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and sharp attention to detail when managing open requests and physical space allocations.

Bonus Points For:
  • Direct experience administering Jira service desk queues and setting up automated routing workflows.
