Our media sales division helps local, regional, and national brands reach potential customers through multiscreen TV advertising. Our ad tech division FreeWheel provides comprehensive adtech that makes it easier to buy and sell premium video advertising across all screens, data types, and sales channels.

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting portfolio operations through lease administration, occupancy planning, workplace governance, transaction support, and portfolio reporting. Partners with Portfolio Management and Real Estate Analytics teams to maintain accurate lease, occupancy, and portfolio information while supporting operational and financial compliance. Coordinates with landlords, brokers, internal stakeholders, and workplace partners to support portfolio initiatives, workplace projects, occupancy planning efforts, and executive reporting activities. Applies advanced knowledge and independent judgment to prioritize work, resolve issues, support workplace governance processes, and contribute to the effective execution of portfolio objectives.

Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of contracts and lease agreements for real estate transactions
  • Preparing detailed reports and spearheading special projects to support the real estate department's objectives
  • Compiling site information and assisting in the creation of approval packages for the Real Estate Department
  • Anaylzing essential documentation to facilitate the real estate development process effectively
  • Conducting market research and analysis to inform real estate strategies and support property acquisitions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure real estate activities support broader company goals
  • Ensuring real estate transactions comply with company policies and legal regulations
  • Negotiating real estate deals and representing the corporation in property-related discussions and agreements
  • Overseeing the maintenance and accuracy of real estate records and databases
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation

Colorado Pay Range: $62,963.00 - $94,444.51 Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
