Job Title: Culture, Events, & Workplace Operations Manager Department: Human Resources

Summary of Position

The Culture, Events, & Workplace Operations Manager serves as a people-oriented operator who elevates the employee experience, strengthens community partnerships, and ensures the workplace environment consistently reflects our culture and values. This role blends ownership of internal communications, events, community engagement, culture programs, and workplace experience initiatives, alongside tactical HR operations and executive-level support.

This role is best suited for a highly organized, high-judgment professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building, scaling, and operationalizing people-focused programs. The position plays a critical role in enabling HR leadership to focus on high-impact strategy by owning the execution and operational backbone of culture, engagement, and select HR initiatives.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Community Engagement & Signature Events (External + Internal)

  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of major internal and external events, including the annual charity golf tournament, culture-building programs, volunteer initiatives, and holiday celebrations to create meaningful employee and community experiences.
  • Design and execute a community partnership strategy aligned with INEOS's charitable priorities, ensuring local initiatives reinforce enterprise brand values and social impact objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, nonprofits, and local organizations.
  • Coordinate volunteer activities, donation drives, and community campaigns across office and field environments.
  • Develop collateral for event branding, messaging, storytelling, and post-event communications.
  • Support the launch and ongoing execution of enterprise culture and wellness initiatives, such as INEOS's Daily Mile program, across both office and field locations.

Employee Experience & Culture Programs

  • Lead the employee engagement and culture calendar, including recognition programs, culture initiatives, appreciation events, and internal celebrations.
  • Coordinate employee engagement survey logistics and support action planning and tracking in partnership with HR leadership.
  • Draft internal communications, announcements, event information, leadership updates, and culture spotlights, ensuring messaging is clear, professional, and aligned with company values.
  • Partner with HR leadership to operationalize culture initiatives, ensuring consistent execution and employee impact.

Workplace Operations & Office Services

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the Office Manager to ensure a welcoming, functional, and consistent workplace experience.
  • Align workplace experience efforts with onboarding, culture, and engagement initiatives to ensure a cohesive employee environment.
  • Support the Office Manager with larger coordination needs, including space planning, office set-ups for events, onboarding logistics, and cross-functional workplace projects.

HR Operations & Executive Support

  • Own and execute tactical HR operations and infrastructure, including management of the Employee Resource Hub, Employee Handbook, SOPs, templates, internal HR communications, enabling HR leadership to focus on high-impact strategy.
  • Own the operational execution of core HR programs and cycles, including onboarding logistics, performance management cycles, engagement surveys, leadership development program coordination, compliance documentation, and ongoing maintenance of HR tools, trackers, and resources.
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations, communication materials, agendas, and meeting content for leadership and HR initiatives, ensuring messaging is clear, polished, and professional.
  • Draft and coordinate HR communications, maintaining templates, distribution lists, and delivery timing.
  • Serve as project manager for HR and cross-functional initiatives, tracking timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and follow-ups.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality/Event Management, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience in events, community engagement, workplace operations, or project management will be considered in place of a degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in events, community engagement, communications, workplace/office operations, or project/program management.
  • Demonstrated success planning and executing events or programs with multiple stakeholders, vendors, or community partners.
  • Experience drafting or coordinating internal communications, presentations, or executive-facing materials.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage logistics, timelines, and competing priorities.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Finance, Marketing).
  • Prior exposure to HRadjacent work is helpful but not required; ability to learn basic HR administrative processes over time.

Travel & Additional Requirements:

  • Work Location: Work is performed at both field and office locations.
  • Schedule: 9/80
  • Travel required to INEOS field locations.

Compensation & Benefits

Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA) and Equal Pay Transparency Rules. It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation.

Compensation:

The annual rate for this position generally ranges between $113,000- $135,000 with an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, of up to 40% of eligible pay. This role, depending on skill level and experience, may also participate in the Long-Term Incentive Plan with annual awards, vesting over three years, ranging from 8-15% of stated annual target. These ranges are estimates, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs, business performance to metrics, and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.

Benefits package includes healthcare, dental, and vision insurance for employees and eligible dependents. INEOS also offers several other wellness, financial, and work/lifestyle-specific benefits. 401(k) retirement has both an automatic 6% company contribution and a match of up to an additional 6% of eligible compensation. We offer generous paid time off that includes both sick and vacation which is based on and increases, with industry experience.
