Position Title: IT & OPERATIONS SUPPORT SPECIALIST - NORMAL, IL 

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000

Job Summary

The IT & Operations Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting day to day workplace operations at the account. This position serves as a central point of contact for office management needs, basic IT and technology support, guest services, and onsite coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer focused, tech savvy, and thrives in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same.

This role supports the Eurest team by ensuring smooth workplace operations, an exceptional guest experience, and reliable functionality of ordering platforms, kiosks, and digital tools used throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
Office & Administrative Support
•    Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for office operations and administrative needs.
•    Manage office supplies, workplace organization, mailing, and general administrative tasks.
•    Assist with scheduling, communications, and coordination between internal departments and external partners.
Technology & Digital Tools Support
•    Provide first line support for issues related to ordering platforms, kiosks, applications, and basic IT troubleshooting.
•    Coordinate with IT teams or vendors for escalated support needs.
•    Maintain functionality of digital systems and ensure accurate documentation/reporting of issues.
Guest & Customer Experience
•    Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and internal customers with professionalism and hospitality.
•    Support onsite tours, special events, or VIP visits as needed.
•    Serve as a brand ambassador for Eurest, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all guests.
Operational Support
•    Assist with day to day operational tasks to ensure smooth service flow.
•    Collaborate with culinary and operations teams on site needs, communication, and workflow improvements.
•    Support compliance with safety, sanitation, and workplace policies.


Qualifications
•    1–3 years of experience in office administration, customer service, hospitality, or operations support.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer first mindset.
•    Tech savvy, with the ability to learn digital ordering platforms, kiosks, and internal applications quickly.
•    Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
•    Comfortable working with cross functional teams and interacting with guests at all levels.
•    Experience in hospitality, foodservice environments, or corporate dining is a plus
