Grounds Maintenance Worker TEMPORARY- Fort Miller Service Corp.
The Fort Miller Group has an opportunity for a grounds maintenance worker. *This is a temporary position that could potentially turn into a permanent role. This role will assist in the basic building and grounds upkeep of one of our manufacturing facilities. Duties include landscaping (mowing, weed whacking, raking, shoveling etc.), general housekeeping such as cleaning, sweeping, painting, and assisting with other tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • The ability to perform heavy physical labor, lifting up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
  • Basic familiarity with landscaping equipment and hand tools.
  • The ability to understand common measurements of length.
  • The ability to work outside daily, in all weather conditions
  • The ability access equipment at various levels by reaching or climbing a ladder, bend over, walk, kneel and stand for extended periods of time.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends.
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment physical.
