Teams often utilize platforms like Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom to stay connected, share updates, and collaborate on projects in real time. It's common for managers to establish core hours or regular check-ins to ensure everyone remains aligned and that workflows progress smoothly. Success in this environment relies on proactive communication, transparency, and a strong sense of personal responsibility among team members.

What is flexible working?

Flexible working refers to a range of work arrangements that allow employees to vary their working hours, location, or patterns. This can include options like remote work, flexible start and finish times, compressed workweeks, or job sharing. The goal is to help employees better balance their professional and personal lives while maintaining productivity. Flexible working arrangements can benefit both employers and employees by increasing job satisfaction, reducing commuting time, and improving overall well-being.

💪 What You Should Know:
  • Professional grooming experience is required.

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and manage large or nervous dogs safely.

  • Must be able to work in a physically active environment with heat, cold, water, and noise.

🐾 What You Bring to the Table:
  • Proven experience grooming a wide range of breeds and coat types.

  • Time management, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
