Culinary Team Members: Our Team Members start their Culinary Career learning the front and back of the Dining Services Industry. In a hospitality driven, multi dining outlet setting, you will perform duties to include plating, set up and tear down of café, restaurant, retail areas, or assist in kitchen to include prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation. Must bring a strong work ethic, a SMILE and enjoy working in a TEAM environment
Line and Prep Cooks: Prepare and present DELICIOUS meals and IMPRESSIVE presentations following our Executive Chef Menus. Ability to inventory and portion ingredients. Additionally, assist in kitchen to include prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation. Experience as a cook or culinary schooling would be ideal but we willing to train the right person with a passion for food.
Dietary Aids (Patient Food Service): Our Team of Dietary Aids ensure our patients and residents receive AMAZING in-room meals with unexpected service and smiles! Under the guidance of our Clinical Dietitian staff, our Dietary Aids ensure compliance with patient dietary instructions. Our servers assist with meal selection, tray set up, delivery and removal of food trays with strong focus on HOSPITALITY and demonstrating compassion and amazing service to our guest Patients and Residents.
