Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and continuously monitor client progress to adjust plans as necessary.
• Maintain confidential and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and behavioral health specialists to ensure holistic care.
• Stay informed of the latest research and best practices in mental health to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of Pennsylvania.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits
