The position is a remote role primarily supporting students in a school setting. You will collaborate with educators, school counselors, and other mental health professionals to provide an integrated care experience. • Conduct comprehensive counseling and therapy sessions, assessing each client's needs and crafting personalized treatment plans to address mental health issues.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation, including clinical notes and progress reports, in compliance with established departmental policies and state regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of educational staff and health care providers to formulate comprehensive treatment strategies that focus on the overall well-being of clients.
• Engage in crisis intervention and provide immediate support to students experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges, ensuring a safe environment for their growth.
• Coordinate and confer with clients' families, if appropriate, to bolster their understanding of treatment plans and ensure a supportive home environment for successful outcomes.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions regularly to stay updated on best practices and contribute to continuous quality improvement in our service delivery.

This position primarily involves working with school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and adjustment difficulties. The ideal candidate should be adept at navigating the complexities of adolescent mental health and understand the unique challenges faced by students in a school environment.

• A Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
• An active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience working in an outpatient setting is essential to provide the skill set necessary for effective patient care.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client cases independently while demonstrating self-direction and professionalism.
• Proficiency in computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office Suite, is required to maintain client records and participate in virtual team meetings.

• Experience working in a school-based mental health setting or with children and adolescents significantly enhances your application.
• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities that promote emotional resilience and adaptability among youth is a plus.
• Prior involvement in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement integrated treatment plans will be highly regarded.
