Overview

Lifeway is seeking a Remote Performance Marketing Strategist to execute data-driven campaigns that fuel lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue across Lifeway's products and initiatives. In this role, you will manage multi-channel campaign execution from paid media and email to landing pages and promotions, tracking performance metrics and translating data into actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Creative, and GTM Operations, and Digital Marketing teammates to ensure every campaign launches accurately, on time, and aligned with business priorities.

This is a remote position in the U.S. with occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings. #LI-Remote

Responsibilities
  • Lives out Lifeway's mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work
  • Execute performance marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, coordinating paid media, email, landing pages, and promotions to support lead generation and revenue goals
  • Track and report on key campaign metrics including ROMI, CPA, CTR, and pipeline contribution, contributing to post-campaign analysis and ongoing optimization
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation to improve conversion rates, campaign efficiency, and overall performance
  • Follow established performance marketing workflows, templates, and best practices, while identifying and sharing opportunities for process improvement 
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Creative, and GTM Operations to align campaign execution with positioning, messaging, and audience segments
  • Assist with audience segmentation, list preparation, and data collection to support precise campaign targeting 
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on campaign asset delivery and execution, escalating issues to senior team members when needed 
  • Limited travel: 2-4 times per year, typically overnight
Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, required 

Master's degree, preferred

Advanced graduate degree (PhD, etc.), not required

Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences, required

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or performance marketing with hands-on campaign execution
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and performance tracking (ROMI, CPA, CTR, pipeline contribution) 
  • Working knowledge of multi-channel campaign coordination across digital and offline channels
  • Experience with A/B testing and applying learnings to improve campaign results
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working with Product Marketing, Sales, Creative, and Operations
  • Clear written and verbal communication with internal partners and external vendors
  • Ability to travel to the Middle Tennessee area 2-4 times annually for team gatherings

Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church

Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences, preferred 

  • Experience supporting B2B or multi-channel demand generation campaigns in a matrixed environment
  • Experience with any of these tools: PowerBI, Monday.com, GA4, Claude.ai, Workfront
  • Experience working within a mission-driven or ministry-focused organization
