Job description


This role is responsible for coordinating workforce training activities, supporting employee integration into cleanroom manufacturing operations, maintaining training compliance records, and streamlining site operational processes. The position serves as a key operational resource supporting training logistics, site communications, workforce readiness activities, operational and site-wide employee events, and cross-functional coordination across the facility.
The ideal candidate will help drive consistency, organization, and operational efficiency while supporting a positive employee experience within a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Workforce Readiness & Site Integration
  • Coordinate site orientation and workforce integration sessions for employees, contractors, and temporary staff.
  • Prepare training materials, orientation presentations, site guides, welcome resources, badges, LMS assignment and workspace readiness logistics.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers, Manufacturing Operations, IT, Facilities, Security, EHS, and HR teams to coordinate a seamless and organized employee integration experience.
  • Conduct orientation presentations covering site operations, safety expectations, cleanroom protocols, compliance requirements, company culture, workplace expectations, and available site resources.
  • Coordinate cross-functional onboarding and workforce readiness schedules to ensure completion of required training, site access, and operational readiness activities.
  • Track completion of required orientation activities, training assignments, and compliance documentation to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees during initial site integration and workforce readiness activities.
  • Support employee immersion into manufacturing operations through coordination of training logistics, operational expectations, and site readiness processes.

Training Coordination & Compliance Support
  • Coordinate operational, safety, compliance, and cleanroom training activities for employees, contractors, and temporary staff.
  • Coordinate and maintain structured training schedules, orientation plans, training matrices, and workforce readiness documentation.
  • Track employee training completion, certifications, and compliance requirements to ensure operational readiness.
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, certifications, and compliance documentation.
  • Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration, reporting, and training audits as applicable.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Human Resources, EHS, Facilities, Security, Engineering, and Site Leadership to support standardized training and operational consistency.
  • Assist with recurring, remedial, and continuous improvement training initiatives.
  • Support operational readiness through coordination of workforce training logistics and compliance activities.
  • Assist with maintaining standardized training documentation and operational procedures.
  • Provide coordination and administrative support for site operations and manufacturing leadership teams.
  • Coordinate operational logistics including badge access, workspace readiness, training room scheduling, meeting coordination, and site communications.
  • Support planning and execution of site activities including all-hands meetings, operational reviews, employee events, leadership meetings, and workforce communications.

Education & Experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR coordination, training administration, onboarding, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HRIS and Learning Management Systems preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
