Job description

We are seeking a senior WFS Integration Consultant to architect and implement robust data exchanges between WorkForce Software and our enterprise ecosystem (HRIS, Payroll, and Reporting platforms). The ideal candidate bridges the gap between technical integration patterns and hands-on WFS functional configuration. There will be some travel needed to the client place (once a month) which will be covered. Core Responsibilities
  • Integration Architecture: Design end-to-end integration strategies, data mapping, and system dependencies using APIs, middleware, and file-based interfaces.
  • WFS Configuration: Lead hands-on implementation and administration of WFS modules, specifically Time & Attendance, Leave Management, and Scheduling.
  • Functional Advisory: Map complex labor laws, payroll calculations, and compliance rules into scalable, product-based configurations.
  • Full-Lifecycle Delivery: Drive client engagement from requirement gathering (BRD creation) through data loading, testing, and go-live support.
Technical & Functional Qualifications
  • WFS Mastery: Extensive experience configuring, implementing, and administering WorkForce Software (WFS) across diverse industries.
  • Integration Expertise: Strong background in API-based integrations, enterprise middleware, and secure file transfers.
  • Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR/Payroll data flows, data integrity practices, and workforce compliance.
  • Consultative Skills: Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specs and guide clients through system changes.
