Job description


Summary
As a Senior Consultant at QC, you will primarily lead Absence, Time & Labor and Workforce Scheduling modules in our Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. Your key responsibilities include:
  • Running requirements workshops to gather and document the client's business needs
  • Leading design workshops to shape the best solution approach that fits those needs
  • Educating and training customers on how to use the system effectively
  • Collaborating closely with leads from other modules (such as Payroll, or Core HR) to ensure the overall solution is integrated, consistent, and delivers real value
  • Staying up to date with Oracle's latest updates, quarterly releases, and product roadmap to bring current best practices and innovations to every project

Experience
Two or more end to end implementation experience as the lead for Absence, Time & Labor and Workforce Scheduling modules.
Functional Expertise (Skillset)
  • Excellent working knowledge of the Workforce Management Modules, Security, Approvals, and other key configuration areas
  • Proficient in leading data conversion discussions with clients and the internal data conversion team; able to assist with mappings, validate data loads, and drive practical, workable solutions
  • Familiar with integrations; able to lead discussions with vendors and technical teams to support development
  • Strong ability to recommend and apply leading practices where appropriate
  • Skilled in leading requirement gathering and testing sessions

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Ability to solve problems and work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present, collaborate with clients, and work with internal teams
  • Self-motivated, with strong planning and task management abilities
