Workforce Planning Analyst
This a remote position with a Monday-Thursday 2P-10P EDT and Saturdays 9A-5P EDT schedule.

Overview: The Workforce Planning Analyst monitors incoming and outgoing call queues and staffs each queue appropriately. The analyst reviews current staffing and scheduling requirements and identifies opportunities for improved efficiency. This role works with department heads and the management team by providing analysis and recommendations to improve the accuracy of forecast and staffing needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Administer and monitor outbound dialing campaigns, including the design, build, and maintenance of campaigns, calling lists, filters, and reports.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive forecasting model using data from multiple sources to determine call volume, create staffing requirements, and generate work schedules.
  • Coordinate departmental schedules in collaboration with supervisors and managers, including training, meetings, and other events that may impact call center service levels.
  • Establish a proactive approach to dynamically monitor and manage real-time call center activities.
  • Maintain compliance with ComplexCare Solutions' policies, procedures and mission statement.
  • Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within ComplexCare Solutions' Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position.
  • Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by ComplexCare Solutions for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer

Job Requirements:
  • 3+ years of workforce planning experience.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data to solve problems.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of workforce management calculations, technologies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to make sound decisions quickly in a dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with workforce management software and telecommunications, with IEX preferred.
