The Senior HR Analyst, Workforce Planning plays a critical role in supporting enterprise HR priorities as part of the HR Solutions team, Workforce Planning, Talent Planning & Organizational Design.

This role is responsible for translating complex workforce data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions related to workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, organizational design, location strategy, and corporate transactions. Partnering closely with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Analytics, Workforce Planning HR Business Partners, Finance, M&A, and Corporate Development, you will deliver high-quality analytics, scenario modeling, and workforce insights across a variety of initiatives.

The role requires a strong ability to understand, consult on, and translate workforce and organizational design needs into data-driven recommendations. Success in this position requires analytical rigor, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.

Your Impact
  • Drive workforce planning through headcount analysis, demand forecasting, workforce modeling, and skills-based planning.
  • Deliver actionable insights that support organizational design, workforce optimization, and talent decisions.
  • Support location strategy by evaluating talent availability, workforce costs, and deployment scenarios.
  • Contribute to M&A and corporate transactions through workforce due diligence, data analysis, and executive reporting.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to align workforce strategy with business objectives.

  • Advanced Excel, analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled technology skills (e.g., Microsoft Copilot).
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect workforce insights to business outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
