Job description

We are seeking an experienced Site Performance Manager to provide onsite leadership and oversee day-to-day workforce operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role serves as the primary onsite point of contact and is responsible for ensuring successful execution of staffing operations, workforce management, attendance compliance, and associate performance.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in dynamic environments, can effectively manage large teams, and excels at problem-solving under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary onsite authority for workforce operations and execution.

Oversee employee check-in, check-out, meal breaks, and attendance management.

Partner closely with account management and site leadership to achieve operational goals and KPIs.

Manage and support associates throughout each shift.

Monitor staffing levels and maintain required headcount to support operational demands.

Track attendance and conduct timekeeping audits.

Ensure job assignments align with operational needs and workforce requirements.

Conduct pre-shift screening and workforce readiness activities.

Support performance coaching, conflict resolution, disciplinary conversations, and escalations.

Qualifications

Previous experience supervising warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, manufacturing, retail distribution, or high-volume staffing operations.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Experience handling employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution.

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
