Job Summary
The Applications Analyst will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Pro and Workday Time & Absence modules. This role emphasizes expertise in UKG Time Clock management, Accruals, Attendance, and Advanced Scheduling, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of timekeeping and absence management systems. Experience in UKG Data Hub is a plus
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • System Configuration & Maintenance
    • Configure and maintain UKG WFM Pro modules, including Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, and Advanced Scheduling.
    • Manage Time Clock devices, including firmware updates, biometric registration, and cutover planning.
    • Support UKG application management day to day activities
    • Support Workday Time & Absence configuration, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
  • Implementation & Integration
    • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to implement new features and system upgrades.
    • Ensure smooth integration between UKG and Workday for time and absence data.
    • Participate in testing cycles (Unit, UAT, End-to-End) and document results.
  • Policy & Compliance
    • Translate business requirements into system configurations for attendance and accrual policies.
    • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations.
  • Support & Troubleshooting
    • Provide Tier 2/3 support.
    • Resolve time clock connectivity and data synchronization problems.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Hands-on experience with UKG WFM Pro (Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Advanced Scheduling).
    • Strong knowledge of UKG Time Clock management, including installation and troubleshooting.
    • Experience with Workday Time & Absence configuration and support.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving:
    • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
    • Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in information systems, HR Technology, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in HRIS or Workforce Management systems.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with UKG Advanced Scheduler optimization for manufacturing or multi-shift environments.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and data migration between UKG and Workday.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards related to time and attendance.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$73,000.00 - $110,000.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
