At Weyerhaeuser, the Workforce Management Analyst serves as a strategic workforce management expert supporting accurate, compliant, and efficient workforce operations through expert administration of timekeeping, attendance, and scheduling within UKG across U.S. and Canadian locations including manufacturing sites, distribution centers, Timberlands field sites, and Seattle HQ.
The Workforce Management Analyst participates in complex workforce management operations. This role will effectively collaborate with business operations leaders, Payroll, HR, and HRMS staff, ensuring that time and attendance data are accurate, compliant, and ready for payroll processing. Over time, this position will evolve to include labor forecasting, analytics, and long-term workforce planning to support strategic decision-making around staffing and labor costs.
What You'll Do
Preferred
Location: The preferred location is based out of our Seattle, WA headquarters; however, this role is open to candidates who live in (or are planning to move to) one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Washington. This role is not open to those who live in other states or countries.
Compensation
This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $82,500 to $123,800 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 7% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Retirement:
Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary.
Paid Time Off or Vacation
We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours
