¡Únete a nuestro equipo como Coordinador de Workforce Management/RTA!

El/la Coordinador(a) de Optimización de la Fuerza Laboral desempeña un papel clave en la mejora de la planificación, administración y utilización eficiente de los empleados dentro de una organización. Su objetivo principal es garantizar que la cantidad adecuada de personal esté disponible en los horarios correctos para satisfacer las necesidades operacionales, manteniendo a su vez una experiencia positiva para los empleados.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Monitoreo en tiempo real y manejo del desempeño intradía.
  • Administración de excepciones y seguimiento de desviaciones operacionales.
  • Generación de reportes en tiempo real: horarios, diarios y semanales.
  • Preparación y mantenimiento de dashboards de desempeño.
  • Análisis de datos y desarrollo de procesos para mejorar la eficiencia operacional.
  • Seguimiento, documentación y escalamiento de incidentes.
  • Cumplimiento con procesos, procedimientos y estándares establecidos.

Requisitos

  • Diploma de escuela superior o equivalente (requerido).
  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas.
  • Conocimiento básico de WFM (Workforce Management), RTA (Real Time Adherence), fórmulas y fundamentos de centros de contacto.
  • Excelentes destrezas de comunicación verbal, escrita, lectura y presentación.
  • Dominio del español e inglés (bilingüe) es requerido.
  • Capacidad para interactuar con todos los niveles gerenciales en diferentes localidades.
  • Conocimiento intermedio o avanzado en aplicaciones informáticas y Microsoft Office.
  • Conocimiento intermedio de Microsoft Excel y manejo de formulas.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos rotativos de ocho (8) horas en una operación de lunes a viernes, entre las 8:00 a.m. y 11:00 p.m. Podrá requerirse disponibilidad ocasional para trabajar fines de semana y días feriados, de acuerdo con las necesidades operacionales.
