The Workforce Planning Analyst will lead the design and hands-on development of enterprise-scale planning models supporting workforce planning, finance, sales, and operations. This role sits within a centralized planning team and plays a critical part in delivering scalable, high-performance solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the business.


This is a high-impact, execution-focused role with ownership of model design, build quality, and delivery outcomes. The ideal candidate is a proven Anaplan builder with experience delivering end-to-end implementations, who thrives in a structured environment and contributes to both solution delivery and team standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support building and maintaining Anaplan models (modules, lists, and basic workflows) 
  • Help translate business needs into simple, structured solutions 
  • Assist in developing and updating models through iterative work cycles 
  • Support data validation, model accuracy, and basic performance improvements 
  • Work with finance and business teams (FP&A, operations) to understand planning needs 
  • Assist with data integrations and data preparation from different sources 
  • Follow established modeling standards, documentation, and governance practices 
  • Participate in testing, reviews, and deployment support activities 
  • Leverage tools (including automation and AI where applicable) to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Independently owns model components or functional domains end-to-end
  • Decomposes complex planning problems into scalable, maintainable solutions
  • Ensures accuracy, performance, and long-term sustainability of models
  • Builds trust with stakeholders through delivery, clarity, and reliability
  • Supports onboarding, mentoring, and development of team standards and best practices

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 years of experience in workforce management (real time management, scheduling, and forecast & planning) 
  • Experience in analytics, financial analysis, or data-focused roles 
  • Experience with FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling) 
  • Solid analytical skills with experience in structured logic, data modeling, and scalable solutions 
  • Working knowledge of SQL and/or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Proficiency in large dataset handling and advanced Excel


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Anaplan Model Builder Certification (Level 2 )
  • Training/certification support may be available for high-potential candidates
  • Experience working in enterprise planning environments (multi-model ecosystems, CoE/governance structures)
  • Experience in workforce planning, capacity planning, or headcount modeling at scale
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks
  • Exposure to Anaplan or similar planning tools 
  • Exposure to platforms such as Workday, SAP, Snowflake, or similar enterprise systems
