Distribution Associate Jobs | Red Oak IA

Focus Workforce Management is seeking Distribution Associates to join our DTC facility in Red Oak, Iowa. As a Distribution Associate, you will support the DC in the forms of picking, packing, warehousing, and shipping product or merchandise to individual consumers or clients. Exceptional candidates will display a high level of energy, dedication, communication, and be a team player. Often times associates will be working with limited to no supervision and must be able to learn quickly and perform job duties accurately.

Requirements:

  • Maintain excellent attendance

  • Follow all safety procedures
  • Maintain and assist keeping the facility clean
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
